Police are seeking to identify two individuals involved in a fatal collision in Hammersmith. Ina Rodrigues, 58, was struck by a moped and later died in hospital. The moped riders fled the scene on foot. Detective Constable Matt Jackson is leading the investigation and is urging the public for help in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
