Detectives are appealing for information following the murder of Kamonnan Thiamphanit, a 27-year-old woman with dual nationality (Chinese/Hong Kong and Thai) who was working in London. The victim was fatally stabbed at an address in Westminster. Commander Owain Richards confirmed that it is likely the attacker was known to her and urged anyone with information to come forward.
